Meet The Doctor

Dr. Adam Apfelblat is a diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.  He specializes in spine related problems, sports injuries, and family wellness care.  He is a member of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors.  He currently serves for the MAC as a District Officer.  He also is a member of the VIP Club, an elite group of distinguished MAC members.  Dr. Apfelblat is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and of the Presidents Circle at Life University School of Chiropractic.

He has been a member of the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce since he began working as an associate doctor in 2001.  He has served on the Board of Directors since 2002.  He began serving on the Executive Board as Secretary in 2005-2006, Treasurer 2006-2007, Vice President 2007-2008 and is currently the President of the Chamber for 2009.  Dr. Apfelblat was awarded Waterford's 2007 Business Person of the Year.

Dr. Apfelblat sponsors and contributes to many community organizations and fundraising events, such as the Waterford Youth Assistance, Waterford Coalition for Youth, Waterford Foundation, Pontiac/Waterford Elks#810, Waterford Coaches Association, Waterford Parks and Recreation Senior Softball, the Waterford Senior Center, the Oakland County Sheriffs Children's Benevolent Fund, Waterford "Corps de Danse" (dance studio), Media Network of Waterford, and the Waterford Township Historical Society.   He participates in the Annual Job Shadowing day for 8th grade Waterford students for the past 3 years.  In addition, he participates in the Adopt-a-Planter program to help beauitfy Waterford.

Dr. Apfelblat is married to Dr. Amanda Apfelblat who is also a chiropractor and operates her office in Garden City/Westland area.
